Yoga is for everybody and every body.
My yoga practice has seen me through divorce and breast cancer and helped lead me to a better way of living my life fully, wholly, and without any reservations.
I’ve been practicing since 2002 and became a 200 hour registered yoga teacher in 2009. In 2010 I completed my 500 hour ryt. I’ve attended continuing teacher education with Tymmi Howard, Jennifer Reis, Stephen Cope, and most recently I’ve completed my Yin Yoga teacher certification, lower body anatomy, and 25 hours of advanced sequencing with Hot Asana Yoga University.
I invite you to practice with me and to further your journey towards happiness, wholeness, and peace. The outside world is constantly pulling us in different directions, shouting at us to pay attention when all we need to do is place our hand on our heart and say, “no, this is what’s important.”
